Work performed
Pre-treated all concrete, surface-cleaned the driveway, walkway, and porch, detailed the edges with a turbo nozzle, and rinsed landscaping and siding to neutralize runoff.
Problems discovered
Oil stain at the garage apron lightened but did not fully lift — documented before work began.
Recommended repairs
A penetrating sealer would slow re-staining on the north side. Recommend rewashing every 12-18 months.
Additional notes
Water supplied from the customer's exterior spigot; all plants pre-wet and rinsed.
