Technician notes

Work performed

Vacuumed, pre-treated, agitated, and hot-water extracted all carpeted areas plus the sofa. Spot-treated the pet area with enzyme, applied protector, groomed the pile, and set air movers.

Problems discovered

Pet urine had reached the pad in the hallway; odor is greatly reduced but may need a sub-surface treatment if it returns.

Recommended repairs

If hallway odor returns within two weeks, schedule a sub-surface pad flush. Vacuum traffic lanes twice weekly and re-clean every 12 months.

Additional notes

Customer asked us to skip the closets on this visit.
