Inspected interior and exterior, treated the full foundation perimeter, placed gel bait in the kitchen voids, dusted garage wall voids, and de-webbed the eaves and window frames.

Problems discovered

Ant trail entering at the kitchen plumbing penetration. Mulch bed on the north wall holds moisture against the siding.

Recommended repairs

Seal the plumbing penetration with silicone and pull mulch back 6 inches from the siding. Quarterly service keeps the perimeter barrier active.

Additional notes

Pets on site — treatment kept to baseboards and exterior only, per customer request.
