Work performed
Mowed, trimmed, and edged the full property, hand-weeded all beds, pruned shrubs to shape, spread 2 yd³ of mulch, adjusted a misaligned irrigation head, and blew down all hard surfaces.
Problems discovered
Zone 3 irrigation head was watering the driveway. Boxwoods near the entry show winter burn.
Recommended repairs
Increase Zone 3 runtime by 5 minutes through midsummer. Plan a light boxwood rejuvenation prune next spring and overseed the south walkway strip in fall.
Additional notes
Bi-weekly maintenance visits scheduled through the growing season.
