Work performed

Performed full cooling-season service: washed the condenser coil, rinsed the evaporator, replaced the air filter, cleared and flushed the condensate drain, tested electrical components, and verified temperature split.

Problems discovered

Run capacitor is drifting below tolerance. Condensate drain was partially blocked with biofilm.

Recommended repairs

Replace the run capacitor at the next visit to avoid a mid-summer failure. Add a drain-pan treatment tablet each season and change filters every 90 days.

Additional notes

Thermostat schedule reviewed with the customer; setback raised 2°F for efficiency.
