Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ProofCrew at proofcrewreports.com, operated as a sole proprietorship trading as ProofCrew Reports, based in Anna, Texas, USA. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

ProofCrew turns the details of a finished service job into a customer-ready report you can print or save as a PDF. It is a record-keeping and presentation tool. It does not inspect anything, does not verify anything you enter, and is not a substitute for your own professional judgement, licensing obligations, or any safety or code requirement that applies to your trade.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure, and for everything done under your ProofCrew account. Accounts are for a single business. Let us know at jobproofreports.support@gmail.com if you believe someone else has gained access.

The demo is free, needs no account, and uses built-in sample data. Nothing you do in the demo is saved. It exists so you can see exactly what the product produces before paying for it.

• ProofCrew Full Access costs $9.99 / month, tax included. That is the total you are charged.
• Billing is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• There is no free trial — the demo serves that purpose.
• We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you are free to cancel.

You can cancel any time from Manage Billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.

Because you keep the access you paid for, we do not generally refund part-months. If something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged twice, the service was unusable, or you were billed after cancelling — email jobproofreports.support@gmail.com and we will put it right.

If a payment fails, you keep working for a 7-day grace period while you sort the card out. After that, your account moves to existing-reports-only until payment succeeds.

Ending a subscription never deletes your work.

Reports you have already saved stay available to open, print and download, and you can still organise or delete them. What stops is creating new reports and editing existing ones, until a subscription resumes. See Plans for the comparison.

You own everything you put into ProofCrew — your company details, your reports, your photographs and your customers' information. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store that content, process it, and display it back to you.

You are responsible for having the right to collect and store the information you enter about your customers, and for how you use the reports you create.

Don't use ProofCrew to:

• Break the law, or produce documents intended to mislead or defraud.
• Store information you have no right to hold.
• Attempt to access another account's data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service.
• Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

We work to keep ProofCrew running and reachable, but we don't promise a specific uptime, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a problem at one of our providers. Keep PDF copies of anything you cannot afford to lose access to.

ProofCrew is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions — in which case those exclusions simply do not apply to you.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will email you about material changes. Continuing to use ProofCrew after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
